NOTE: Registration does not guarantee a spot in the league. All entries must be reviewed and approved by an operator before a spot is assured.

Registrations are approved based on the following:

• Returning teams with 4 or more players from their prior year's roster are accepted 1^st, and become eligible 4 weeks before the 1^st night of play
• Returning teams with 3 players from their prior year's roster are accepted 2^nd, and become eligible 3 weeks before the 1^st night of play
• Returning teams with 2 players from their prior year's roster are accepted 3^rd, and become eligible 2 weeks before the 1^st night of play
• New teams and returning teams with less than 2 players from their prior year's roster are accepted last (if any spots are still available), and are processed according to the date & time of their registration
• On any ties in entry eligibility, the team who signed up first will be accepted

Q-Time will ask teams who qualify for a lower division with available space to move to the lower division in order to maximize the number of people who can participate

The number of available spots is based on the number of tables provided by the host pool hall, and is beyond league operators' control. Register early for the best chance of securing a place, as spots within Q-Time are in high demand.
