Here's a short history of the
establishment.
"Fred Crenshaw, Q-Time founder and mentor, is the father of 11
children and grandfather of 60 to 75 grandchildren and great
grandchildren. Mr. Crenshaw graduated from Selma University High
School in Alabama in 1936. Fred Crenshaw, Chris Crenshaw, and
Herman Cunningham opened the first Q-Time Restaurant in December
1993, specializing in all kinds of barbecue (which is the origin of
the Q-Time name)." ©
