Q-Time
Pool Leagues
were formed in 2004 by a group of players , whose desire was
to see an advancement of the game. It was believed that this advancement
could not happen if leagues were left in the hands of people whose sole
motivation was to use leagues to generate profits.
We believe that we have accomplished this goal.
